Mojito

About

The birthplace of the Mojito hails from Havana, Cuba! It is suggested that a local South American Indians had remedies so a small boarding party went ashore to Cuba and came back with said ingredients.

Ingredients

• 2 oz White Rum
• 1 oz. fresh lime juice
• 2 tsp sugar
• Ice
• Soda Water
• 6-8 Fresh Mint Leaves
• Garnish: Lime Wheels & Mint Sprig

Instructions

1. Muddle the mint in your cocktail shaker and then add the rum, lime juice, sugar, and a handful of ice.

2. Shake vigorously until the ingredients are completely chilled.

3. Strain into a collins glass and enjoy!
